The Real Estate Investing Podcast That Creates Wealth

The Creating Wealth Show is a real estate investing podcast that has stood the test of time. As host Jason Hartman closes in on 220 episodes, we decided to take a moment to reflect on where it started and where it sits now. We knew we were striking a chord with the audience a few years back when raves began to flowing in from around the world. Last time we checked, The Creating Wealth Show podcasts were being regularly downloaded in at least 26 different countries. You don’t find that kind of global popularity by accident.

We know part of the our real estate investing podcast success stems from Jason’s natural charisma. A long line of stellar guests doesn’t hurt either, but there’s something else that draws listeners in. Something less definable. The problem with many podcasts is that they are nothing but thinly disguised advertisements for the latest guru to sell his newest product.

People see through junk like that in a flash and make a mental note not to waste their time again downloading another “podvertisement.” Jason doesn’t do podvertisements. As a natural teacher, his inquisitive nature lends itself well to drawing a guest deeply into the conversation. Doesn’t matter whether the topic is real estate or extraterrestrial life on earth (which doesn’t pop up that often), you’re sure to learn something new.

Even better is that The Creating Wealth Show is liberally sprinkled with nuggets of actionable information for the field of real estate investing and income properties in particular. In fact, if you were to go back and listen to the entire library, which is freely available online, you would have more information than if you paid $5,000 to the guru-of-the-week for his new seminar which is actually only a vehicle to upsell you on the necessity of buying his even newer $10,000 seminar.

From New York Times bestselling author Harvey Mackey to political pundit and former presidential candidate Pat Buchanan, and too many others to mention, the pace is fast and topics always interesting. When we stop to really think about it, maybe The Creating Wealth Show has become such a popular real estate investing podcast because it’s not always about real estate. As they say, variety is the spice of life, and if you think one thing exclusively, you’re liable to become a very boring person.

Fight boredom! Increase your financial knowledge! Listen to Jason Hartman’s favorite real estate investing podcast.
