Let’s be honest here. Going the conventional 9 to 5 route, will put you on the path to financial mediocrity. On top of that, salary earners simply get taxed more.

Now, more than ever, income property investing remains a solid option for those who want to maximize their return on life. 

We’re living in a time when there’s a great migration of sorts taking place across the nation. Basically, people are fleeing coastal urban centers to “middle America” or “flyover America” as the corporate media likes to call it. 

People are moving to these areas for the benefits of less crime, lower taxes, lower cost of living, and less overall traffic. The big city life that people used to glorify is no longer cutting it.

As a result, a “great sort” is taking place where people are looking for greener pastures to settle down in. Income property investors can absolutely take advantage of this mass movement of people.

Some of these areas millions of Americans are moving to tend to be situated in stable, linear  real estate markets that provide excellent cash flows.

On top of that, these markets tend to be in jurisdictions with low property and income taxes, the latter sometimes being non-existent in certain states. This is every income property investor’s dream come true. 

Indeed, there are ways to beat the US’s convoluted tax system. 

They’re not easy to grasp at first, but with the right amount of dedication and commitment, you can make your life so much easier.
