You’ve seen them screaming on late night television as they guarantee unimaginable riches for any sucker who buys their program. Unfortunately, the real estate industry is rife with hucksters. At Empowered Investor we are NOT like that in any way, shape, manner or form.
We’re not going to guarantee you anything. While the majority of our clients, and we ourselves, do very well with our real estate investments (10%, 20%, 30% and more), there’s no way anyone can guarantee what you will make.
Our job is to teach you what has been proven to work time and time again. We’ll give you as much or as little help as you desire every step of the way while you’re building a real estate portfolio but much of the success or failure lies within each person. It’s not hard. It’s not complicated. What you do need is the discipline and perseverance to carry out the strategy.
If you are willing to learn and forget the old methods of Wall Street BS about investing, it’s likely you’ll do very well for yourself. Think of us as your Yoda. Unlearn what you have learned. Ignore the self-proclaimed gurus and experts vying for your late night cable tv nearly comatose brain space. Don’t trust anyone who promises you a fortune will easily be yours if only you fork over a few grand for their program.
