You see, when you buy an income property, you can turn around and renegotiate it. On top of that, you can refinance your income property and change the capital structure.
Naturally, you can also change the rental agreement with your tenants in order to grow your cash flows and put yourself in a better investment position.
These are just a few of the many perks of being an income property investor.
