European plane maker Airbus is looking into building assembly plants in the United States or Russia to mitigate the effects of a strengthening euro, a German press report to be published on Monday said.
The German business weekly WirtschaftsWoche reports in its new edition that the city of Mobile, Alabama is the most likely choice for setting up Airbus’s fourth assembly plant.
