Passive Income Doesn’t Come Much Easier Than This

Most people would agree that passive income is better than money you have to actually go out and work for and, in our humble opinion, the more passive the better. We’ve talked in this forum before about the wealth generating possibilities of membership sites but a permutation on the idea recently caught our attention that makes the thing easier and potentially more profitable.

To be honest, the old membership site model is so twenty minutes ago. Sure, it could generate tons of passive income but you had to put in a fair amount of work before launching the thing. After all, members who pay a monthly subscription fee to join a website expect to find a hefty amount of information waiting for them when they log in.

The new membership site model requires nothing but a sales letter and a single 2 to3 page article written on your topic of choice. However fast you can crank out those two items is how fast you can be in business online earning passive income. It works like this – we’re going quick so pay attention. The product you’re selling is weekly lessons on your topic for a finite period of time, say 4 months, 6 months, or even a year. Load the lessons into an autoresponder (remember, one is all you need to get started) and begin driving traffic to the sales page, which allows people to sign up for whatever monthly fee you decide is fair.

The real twist on this membership site model is that by creating a finite period of time for the length of the course, after which billing stops, customers tend to stay around longer than with traditional “never-ending” billing, which we all know has a finite point as soon as the client feels like they have gained all they can from your site. However, if they know there’s an end to the course, they’re going to be afraid on missing out on some good stuff and will hang around a bit longer to get it.

You could be in business in 48 hours or less!
