Let me give you an example.  Did you pay any Federal Income tax over the past 5 years? Many people have been taught to invest for their retirement in a 401k, IRA or other qualified plans.  The benefits of upfront tax deductions and tax deferred growth are the pitches used to lure your funds into these programs.  Most people understand that when you withdraw their money at retirement from these plans that taxes must be paid on the amounts received.  What most people don't understand, however, is that 30 years of tax savings can be wiped out in just 18 months of withdrawals.  That's right!  If you are fortunate to live 15-25 years into your retirement you could easily pay Uncle Sam taxes on withdrawals that are 10-15 times the taxes saved.  Add to that penalties for early withdrawals, penalties if you don't withdraw enough and the potential of additional taxes paid upon your death and you might ask yourself, "whose retirement am I funding, mine or Uncle Sam's?"  There is a better, smarter safer way.  By investing in real estate and utilizing The Professional Mortgage Plansm we can help you to minimize the taxes you will pay and potentially eliminate them altogether.  Here is one more example.

The easiest way to save money on interest expense is to have the very best credit possible.  In fact, having "great" credit is the key to your real estate kingdom.  Statistically, I've read that 30% of credit reports contain errors.  My experience, however, is more like 90% of the reports that I have reviewed contain errors and those errors generally hurt the consumer's credit, not help it.  The credit industry, by the way, has no incentive in helping you to improve your credit.  If you think about it, the worse your credit, the more interest you will pay!  As a result, seemingly logical steps you would take to improve your credit generally backfire and rather than improving your credit you end up hurting it.  Another problem is that those with good credit are always at risk of someone stealing it.  What should you do?  Our solution is The Credit Key Plussm, a unique process to improve and/or protect your credit.  The Credit Key Plussm, program will remove discrepancies in your credit profile protect your credit in a better, smarter, safer way.
