There’s blood in the streets and one real estate organization is reporting that savvy homebuyers are snapping up distressed U.S. properties.
On Monday, the National Association of Realtors’ index of future home sales jumped in April to its highest level in eight months. Economists for the industry group attributed the rise to thrifty consumers capitalizing on fallen home prices.
