Jason Hartman, CRS, GRI, CSP
Jason Hartman, a CA licensed agent, is the founder and Chief Executive
Officer of Platinum Properties Investor Network.
He has been fascinated with real estate since
childhood and since 1982, his entire career has
been devoted to learning about real estate, selling
real estate and investing in real estate. A self-made
millionaire while still in his twenties, Hartman
was not born into wealth. Starting with practically
nothing, he built a successful business and has
achieved notoriety as a public speaker, author
and has had guest appearances on numerous radio
and television shows. As CEO of Platinum Properties
Investor Network, he shares his experience and
expertise with those who seek to achieve financial
independence through real estate investment.
Karam Jivani, a CA licensed agent and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, has been The Platinum Properties Investor Network’s top producer since he joined the company five years ago, winning numerous sales awards during that time. Prior to that, Karam owned and operated several businesses, obtaining a wealth of experience in contract negotiations and investment analysis in the process.
One of the reasons for Karam’s outstanding success is that he not only talks the talk, but he walks the walk, investing his own money where he recommends his clients invest. He began building his portfolio of rental houses in 1982, and currently owns 19 properties with plans to add more in the near future.
Karam is a firm believer in the importance of long-term relationships with his clients. While many real estate salespeople take a hit-and-run approach, viewing a sale as simply a way to collect a commission, Karam spends a considerable amount of time learning about his clients’ wants and needs and then tailoring investment portfolios to meet their unique objectives. He then stays in contact with his clients to ensure continuity of advice and portfolio management so that they never have to wonder what to do next.

Terri Hansen, a CA licensed agent, has a background in corporate financial
analysis, strategic planning and market research.
After earning her MBA, she spent over 20 years
in executive positions for several high-tech corporations
in Southern California. A common theme in her
successful corporate career was navigating her
organizations through the challenges of making
needed change in order to improve their profits
and prospects for future growth.
Her interest in real estate investing started
in 2001, when she took her first cross-country
trip to search out investment opportunities in
the southeast. She made her first investment in
2002 and earned her real estate license in 2004.
Her primary interest in the field of real estate
is working with individuals who are interested
in using real estate as an essential vehicle for
increasing their personal wealth and providing
a comfortable retirement for their family.

Dave joined Platinum Properties Investor Network as Vice President and Resident Broker in 2007. Dave’s experience, insightful contributions, attention to detail and client satisfaction, and enthusiasm make him a valuable asset to The Platinum Team.
Dave and his wife Kathy became interested in wealth building / investing in 1999. They researched many investment possibilities before discovering Platinum Properties Investor Network. Shortly after attending Creating Wealth 101, Dave and Kathy realized the real possibility of becoming financially independent and invested in their first “Six-Pack” of rental properties in 2006. They have continued to invest in Go Zone properties in 2007, and are already planning on additional investment properties for 2008.
Dave brings 20 plus years of sales and consulting experience from the Semiconductor and Intellectual Property industry to his career at Platinum. Dave earned a Bachelor’s of Science from National University and MBA & Doctorate in Business Administration degrees from California Coast University.
Dave’s professional and academic background, industry consulting experience, his work ethic, along with his investment experience is a great help to Platinum's clients in realizing their short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals of achieving financial independence.
Dave served six years in the United State’s Navy; he is married to his wife Kathy and has two daughters. Both daughters have a goal of owning their first investment property on their 18th birthday. Dave and his family are native to California and reside in Irvine.
Sara Liskey, a CA licensed agent, met Jason Hartman and attended her first Creating Wealth Seminar, in May 2007. Sara realized that working at Platinum would be a perfect fit and joined the team as the National Rental Coordinator. She has successfully assisted many clients with getting their properties leased. Sara became an Investment Counselor and joined the Karam Jivani and Gia Jurevich Team. “I feel extremely blessed to be a part of such an amazing team of highly qualified and experienced individuals.” Initially, Sara’s main objective was to put her family’s equity to work, so she worked closely with her team and purchased her first investment property at the young age of twenty-four. Sara is now planning her next strategic move in creating her mini-real estate empire. Kathy Biewenga, is San Diego/Orange County Division

Ms. Biewenga has over 31 years
experience in commercial and residential title
insurance and escrow. Previously, she served as
Manager of Stewart Title of California in San
Diego. She dedicates a significant portion of
her time speaking to escrow officers, real estate
agents/brokers and investors in California on
the many ways available to improve investment
returns through IRC Section 1031. Her exchange
presentations are practical and feature many real-life
exchange scenarios to illustrate a wide range
